Dr. Peter Clegg

Dr Clegg graduated from Keele university in 2016 and completed his foundation training in the west midlands in the UK. He moved to Herefordshire completing the first stages of Emergency medicine training (FRCEM primary)  before completing General Practice training.

He set up a partnership practice in Worcestershire (becoming the number 1 rated practice in Herefordshire and Worcestershire) gaining interests in minor surgery, Musculoskeletal medicine including joint injection (including cartilage injection), psychiatry and paediatrics. Developing a further interest in chronic pain management (in addition to acupuncture) and dermatology throughout his partnership.

Following successful appointment to the Royal College examining team, Dr Clegg now examines on the exit examinations for GP’s and is a recognised trainer and appraiser for GP’s across the UK.

He completed an appointment as the Clinical Director for East Herefordshire before moving to Jersey in 2026 and became a member of the British Menopause society to provide more specialist HRT management for his patients.

He is looking forward to spending more time sailing and for his family to jump into Jersey life.
